The INITIAL HALF HOUR CONSULTATION is FREE.
For businesses and business owners in the Niagara Region, an in-person initial consultation can be arranged for a fee of $25.00. You will receive a $25.00 credit once you become a client of Niagara VA Solutions
As with many service industries, rates vary depending on services offered. Generally, VA rates for administrative tasks range from $20 per hour to about $50 per hour. For more complex and technical services, the rates usually range from $30 to $75 per hour.
At NVAS the rate for BASIC ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS is only $25.00 / hour
Billing is calculated in 15 minute increments, with a one-hour minimum.
**Remember, with a Virtual Assistant, you only pay for the time on task, by the minute!
For first time clients, we offer (one time) 25% off the first two hours of our services.
RESUMES & COVERLETTERS range in price from $45.00 for a basic resume to $120.00 for more complex requiirements.

Just as each website design is different, the cost of the website will be different. It will depend on your requirements. For example do you need an informational website? Do you plan to sell products or services? Would you like to be able to update the site yourself? Will your site require any web programming for special features, etc. Factors like these must be taken into account when preparing a quote for your website design project.

10 -19 hours per month - 5% off hourly rate
20 - 29 hours per month - 10% off hourly rate
30 + hours per month - 15% off hourly rate

Additional Costs:
Rates do not include additional expenses such as: special paper, binders, print shop costs, and postage, client-specific supplies, messenger or express mail/package services. These will be itemized on all invoices and are separate from the project work billing or monthly retainer fee and billed separately and invoiced (with receipts) to the client. These estimated costs will be discussed with the client in advance.
